Sarungallo Holdings invests the Sarungallo family's own capital — and only our own. Dividend-paying equities in Indonesia and abroad, rental property, and operating businesses in trade, media and sport.
Sarungallo Holdings is the private investment office of the Sarungallo family. We are not a fund, and we do not manage money for anyone else — every position on our books is our own.
That single fact shapes everything else. With no outside mandate and no redemption calendar, we can buy what we intend to hold for decades and sit out the quarters when there is nothing worth buying.
The core of the portfolio is companies that pay us to own them: established Indonesian businesses alongside US and global names with a long record of consistent, well-covered dividends. Around that core we hold rental property, a cross-border trade business, and operating businesses we are building in media and in sport.
Five businesses today, one balance sheet — with new lines already in development.
The core of the book. Established Indonesian companies alongside US and global names, chosen for dividends that are consistent, well covered, and paid out of genuine operating performance rather than borrowing.
Rental properties held for yield and long-term appreciation, managed directly rather than through intermediaries.
Cross-border trade in physical goods, run directly by the family rather than held as a passive stake.
A newer line of business — one we are building ourselves rather than buying into.
Badminton courts serving the community around us — run as an operating business, not held as a passive investment.
The instruments we hold today, drawn directly from our own books. Publicly traded names are listed; private and physical holdings are reported only by asset class.
Assets we are divesting from the family portfolio. Reach out to our office for due diligence materials or to make an offer.
Three commitments that have not changed, and are not meant to.
We are paid in dividends, not in headlines. A position earns its place by distributing cash consistently and covering it from real earnings.
No outside funds, no clients, no redemption calendar. Answering to one family is what lets us hold through the cycles that force other investors out.
Where we can contribute more than capital, we build and run the business ourselves — in property, in media, and on the court.
We do not manage outside capital, so we are not taking investor enquiries. For our listed assets, property matters, or a partnership on one of our operating businesses, our office is reachable here.
We are a small office, and we hire rarely — but we are always open to hearing from good people across our businesses. If that sounds like you, write to us.
